Our journey began in 2024 with Adam Streltschenko, an experienced baker driven by a simple mission — to share his passion for traditional baking and to offer the community honest, handcrafted breads made with care.
Tucked behind an unassuming blue door on the vibrant corner of Ebden and Olive Streets in South Albury, you'll discover our neighbourhood micro bakery. A welcoming space where a sweetness fills the air, founded on quality, simplicity, and connection — testament that good brings people together.
With over two decades of experience under his baker’s cap and a deep respect for time-honoured techniques, Adam combines skill, dedication, and certified Australian natural ingredients to create a distinctive range of slow-fermented sourdoughs, custard-filled pastries, savoury favourites and more! Engaging slow, traditional methods, each item is baked fresh daily in small batches for our customers to enjoy.
